Cline Desktop Launches AI Agent Workspace for macOS & Windows
Cline Desktop has been released. A workspace with open source code for models with open weights

While working, Cline creates checkpoints, so you can roll back if an agent goes the wrong way. You can also branch a session from any message and try a different approach without losing the first.
Internally, free models DeepSeek V4 Flash, GLM 5.3 Flash, and Laguna S 2.1 are already available.
You choose the model and provider and launch. Everything is 100 % with source code.
The early version is already available for macOS and Windows.
