Claude Code Update: New Inter-Session Communication Feature

New Claude Code feature: now sessions can communicate with each other.

For example:

> In one session, you are working on one feature.
> In another, you are working on a different part of the project.
> If one session needs to pass something to another, you can simply ask Claude to do it.

Claude will send a brief summary with important information, and the other session will continue working with that context already in place.

You can also ask another session a question and get its answer directly in the session you are currently using.

Update Claude Code to try it out. The feature is available on macOS and Linux.
