Meta Releases Muse Spark 1.2 and Muse Code IDE in Beta

COMEBACK: Meta released Muse Spark 1.2 and their own Muse Code IDE in beta.

This is a rapid update following Muse Spark 1.1, which was released only a few weeks ago. The new version features a greater focus on programming tasks and a new harness.

In tests, the model demonstrated noticeable growth in Terminal Bench, DeepSWE, and internal benchmarks. In agentic scenarios, results improved in GDPVal and MCP Atlas.

In DeepSWE 1.1, Muse Spark 1.2 scored 59%, surpassing Grok Build 4.5 and Gemini 3.6 Flash.

At the same time, the price remains extremely low. If you are willing to share a little data with Zuckerberg for the sake of "improving Meta products," Spark 1.2 can be obtained almost for free: $0.10 per 1M input tokens and $0.20 per 1M output tokens.
