Meanwhile, Claude Code has a new command: /checkup

Run /checkup to:

> Clean up unused skills/MCP servers/plugins and free up context.
> Remove duplication between your local CLAUDE.md and the CLAUDE.md version in the repository.
> Split the root CLAUDE.md into nested CLAUDE.md files and skills.
> Disable slow hooks.
> Update Claude Code to the latest version.
> Enable Auto mode by default.
> Pre-approve frequently rejected read-only commands.
…as well as perform a few other useful actions.

Before making any changes, /checkup will ask for your confirmation.
